These Terms of Service govern your use of the SenseCoreAI platform (app.sensecoreai.com), the SenseCoreAI API, and the SenseCoreAI marketing website (sensecoreai.com), all operated by Olajide Ayoola trading as SenseCoreAI, London, United Kingdom.
By accessing or using any SenseCoreAI service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using SenseCoreAI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
SenseCoreAI provides an AI-powered energy intelligence platform including:
Energy demand forecasting using Temporal Fusion Transformer models trained on UK building data. Anomaly detection across electricity meter readings. Fuel Poverty Risk Scoring (FPRS) for residential and social housing portfolios. Automated compliance report generation for SECR, ESOS, ERIC, SHDF, and DSP Toolkit. Occupancy inference from consumption data. Carbon Scope 1 and Scope 2 reporting.
Services are provided via a web dashboard, a REST API, and CSV data ingest. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have selected.
To use the SenseCoreAI platform, you must create an account using a valid work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at olajide@sensecoreai.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is granted access under one of seven role levels. Your system administrator controls the role assigned to each user within your organisation. SenseCoreAI is not responsible for inappropriate role assignments made by your administrators.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in breach of these Terms, or where we have reason to believe an account has been compromised.
You retain full ownership of all energy consumption data, building data, and organisational data you upload to the SenseCoreAI platform. We do not claim any ownership of your data.
You grant SenseCoreAI a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms — including generating forecasts, anomaly alerts, fuel poverty scores, and compliance reports.
We do not share your data with any third party other than our infrastructure provider (AWS) and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models for use by other customers.
All your data is stored exclusively on AWS eu-west-2 (London) and never transferred outside the United Kingdom.
You agree to use SenseCoreAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Use the platform to process personal data without the appropriate lawful basis under UK GDPR. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure. Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its availability to other users. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any SenseCoreAI software. Use any automated tool to scrape or extract data from the platform beyond normal API usage. Share your access credentials with individuals outside your organisation.
Any breach of these acceptable use requirements may result in immediate account suspension.
SenseCoreAI is offered on a monthly subscription basis. The current plans and pricing are set out at sensecoreai.com/#pricing.
Pilot plan: £299 per month, covering up to 10 buildings. Portfolio plan: £1,499 per month, covering up to 30 buildings. Enterprise plan: Custom pricing agreed in writing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. For public sector organisations, we accept payment by BACS bank transfer or purchase order.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting olajide@sensecoreai.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. You will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.
SenseCoreAI generates compliance reports (SECR, ESOS, ERIC, SHDF) automatically from your meter data. These reports are generated in good faith using the specifications and conversion factors current at the time of generation.
You are responsible for reviewing all compliance reports before submission to any regulatory body. SenseCoreAI does not guarantee that automatically generated reports will be accepted by any regulatory authority in all circumstances, including where your underlying meter data is incomplete, inaccurate, or not representative of actual consumption.
You remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable UK energy regulations. SenseCoreAI is a tool to assist compliance — not a substitute for professional regulatory advice where that is required.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SenseCoreAI's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SenseCoreAI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from inaccurate forecasts, missed regulatory deadlines, incorrect compliance reports, or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated outputs.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We aim to maintain platform availability of 99.5% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will provide at least 24 hours notice of any planned maintenance that will cause service interruption.
We are not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of AWS infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
Enterprise plan customers may negotiate a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) including guaranteed uptime and support response times.
All AI models, algorithms, software, documentation, and platform features developed by SenseCoreAI are our intellectual property and are protected by UK and international copyright law.
The research underpinning SenseCoreAI's AI models is published under open access terms on Zenodo. The platform implementation, API design, and dashboard are proprietary and may not be copied, adapted, or distributed without our written permission.
You may not resell or sublicence access to the SenseCoreAI platform without our written consent, except as permitted under an Enterprise white-label agreement.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately if you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice.
On termination, your access to the platform will cease. Your data will be retained for 12 months following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it will be securely deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time during this retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SenseCoreAI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
