All tiers include forecasting, anomaly detection, fuel poverty scoring, and compliance reports. No usage surprises. No hidden seats. Annual prepayment saves 17%.
Is the 10.31% MAPE forecast accuracy a guarantee?+
No — it is a published benchmark on the BDG2 dataset (Building Data Genome 2, 3,053 meters, CC-BY-SA 4.0). Your actual MAPE will depend on data quality, building type and how much historical data you provide. We publish error metrics openly because we think vendors should.
What data do I need to provide?+
For the core platform: half-hourly electricity meter readings. For richer features (FPRS, SHDF, full compliance reports), we also use building-level metadata you provide — floor area, year, EPC band where available — plus weather data we fetch automatically.
What happens if I exceed my building count?+
Your forecasts keep running — we don’t silently cut you off. We’ll get in touch to discuss whether you should move up a tier or add buildings as an extension. We aim to keep upgrades painless.
Is there a free trial?+
Pilot is designed as a low-commitment first deployment. If you want to validate the platform on sample data first, talk to us and we’ll work out the right starting point — we’d rather you have evidence before you commit.
How do I pay?+
Currently via BACS transfer against an invoice. Card and direct-debit support are planned. All invoices are issued in GBP and exclude VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don’t refund the unused portion, but there are no exit fees and your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Is my data secure?+
Your data is hosted in AWS eu-west-2 (London), encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), with role-based access and audit logging on every request. We are aligned to ISO 27001 principles; formal certification is on the roadmap, not yet held.
Do you support G-Cloud purchasing?+
G-Cloud supplier registration is in progress. Once listed, public-sector buyers can procure us directly through the framework. In the meantime, we work via direct commercial agreement — which most pilots use anyway.
Do you offer SLAs?+
For Enterprise plans, yes — we agree custom SLAs as part of the contract. Standard plans run on a best-effort basis with the same underlying infrastructure (six ML models, AWS UK).

Talk to an energy engineer about the right plan
Most of our conversations start with a 30-minute call. Bring a sample of your meter data and we will show you what a forecast looks like on your buildings before you commit to anything.
