What happens in the demo?
We walk through the platform using your own building data — showing you the 24-hour forecast, any anomalies detected, your fuel poverty risk scores, and a sample SECR or ERIC report. You ask questions throughout.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Ideally, have a CSV of your half-hourly electricity readings to hand — this is the same file your energy supplier sends. If you don't have one yet, we can demo on sample data and discuss your data sources.
Who should attend the demo?
Typically: your head of estates or facilities, your energy manager if you have one, and anyone responsible for compliance filing. For housing associations, your housing operations lead is also useful.
What does it cost after the demo?
The Pilot plan starts at £299/month for up to 10 buildings. The Portfolio plan is £1,499/month for up to 30. Enterprise is custom. Secure payment is set up after the demo — there is no commitment to book.
Is this suitable for a small organisation?
Yes. The Pilot plan at £299/month is designed for smaller estates — schools, SMEs, small housing associations. If you manage even one building with smart meter data, SenseCoreAI can start delivering value immediately.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most organisations are live within one working day. You upload your meter data CSV, create your buildings, and your first reports and forecasts are ready within hours.
